A born-and-raised resident of Fairfield County, Amanda brings deep knowledge of the Southern Connecticut area. She brings fresh eyes and an unparalleled excitement for the industry. Cultivating and maintaining meaningful client relationships are her top priority.
Amanda has always shown a passion for real estate, even studying the factors that affect selling prices of homes throughout Connecticut as her final research project at Keene State College where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics. She went on to present her regression analysis entitled, "Finding the Real Value of a Home," at the Eastern Economic Association Conference in Washington D.C. and later published this research in the Undergraduate Business and Economics Research (UBER) Journal. Upon graduation, Amanda began her career in education, specializing in mathematics. Her teaching experience has only grown her quick wit, coolness under pressure, ability to multitask, and her detail-oriented work ethic. Amanda wants her clients' next home to be the one they've always dreamt of, and she won't stop until she finds it.
Every interaction with Amanda will be met with enthusiasm and dedication. Her diverse career background and deep admiration for real estate makes her the perfect fit for everyone from the first-time buyer to the downsizing empty nester. When she's not working, she can be found on the beach, working on home renovation and interior decorating projects on her own home, and enjoying walks along St. Mary's with her Australian Shepherd, Milo.
